DFCSG run coaches to all away games across the season. These luxury coaches are supplied by Atkinson’s Coaches and are equipped with toilets. The coaches leave from Park Place, Darlington and arrive at their destination around 90 minutes before kick-off.
The away travel fares are banded - a maximum fare of £30 (£33 for non-members) will apply for the longest journeys, although trips within the North East and Yorkshire will be cheaper.
Owners (ie, DFCSG Members) will receive a discount of £3 on production of their YOURCLUB membership via their mobile phone on the coach. Under 16s (as at 1st Sept) will be able to travel for half the standard fare (rounded up to the nearest £) and they will receive a further discount if they are also Owners. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Should the match be postponed after the coach has left Darlington you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Please see our policy below for our young supporters under the age of 18.
Our friends over at DAFTS (Darlington Away Far Travelling Supporters) also publish some excellent Away Travel Guides which can be found on their website.

Young Persons Under 18 Years of Age
Darlington FC Supporters Group (DFCSG) are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people and expects all those involved with the Club to endorse this commitment.
DFCSG are keen to engage fans of all ages to support the Club in all activities, including matches played at home and away.
In order to support the above commitments, DFCSG have developed a policy which we hope can encourage young fans to support away matches but seeks to ensure their safety whilst travelling.
Many young people begin to gain growing independence in their teenage years; we want to support that independence. We have developed an away travel policy which seeks to address that whilst still trying to keep young people safe.
This policy relates only to coaches arranged by DFCSG and therefore cannot be held responsible for any independent travel firms or informal travel arrangements accessed by supporters or the parents or guardians of young supporters.
Anyone under 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Young persons aged 16 and 17 will be able to travel unaccompanied but a 'Consent to Travel' form must be completed in advance. Forms are available from in advance from: Quaker Retail, the 'Fans Table' at Blackwell Meadows, or you can download (and print) the form from https://yourclub.darlingtonfc.co.uk/documents (you'll need to be logged in to your YourClub account). The Young Person will be required to hand-in the completed form to Glen before boarding the coach.
DFCSG will review this Travel Policy on a regular basis and may update if required.
If you have any questions, you can contact us at https://yourclub.darlingtonfc.co.uk/contact.
or in person at the 'Fans Table' in the bar at Blackwell Meadows on match days.
