Each month and throughout the season we ask Darlington fans to vote on who has been their "YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of the Month" via a YC Poll. Who will be your choice this month?
Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of November 2025?
The team played eight games in a hectic and remarkable month - seven in the league and one in the FA Trophy - winning five (Worksop Town, Kidderminster Harriers, Peterborough Sports, Spennymoor Town and Bedford Town), drawing once (Curzon Ashton) and losing twice (Merthyr Town and FC United of Manchester in the FA Trophy).
The team finished the month 4th in the league.
23 goals were scored across the month (just shy of three per game as an average!) - five from Aidan Rutledge, four from Will McGowan, three each from Max Howells and Cedric Main, two each from Charlie Lennon, Jack Maskell and Matty Cornish, and one each from Toby Lees and Tom Allan.
Five players started every game in the month - Toby Lees, Paddy McLaughlin, Will McGowan, Max Howells and Aidan Rutledge.
In transfer news, goalkeeper Daryll Ombang returned to Leeds United following his five games on loan and Will Maddison's loan at Crook Town was extended.
