Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of January? 🤔
The team played five league games in the month, winning twice (away to King's Lynn and home to Hereford) and losing three times (Southport, Tamworth and Banbury United). Our home game against Scunthorpe United on Tuesday 23rd January was postponed late on.
Three players made their debuts for the club in January - Scott Barrow, Cedric Main and Matty Cornish (off the bench, scoring his first goal for the club in that game against Hereford). Ben Liddle and Mitch Curry (twice) also notched in January.
Five players started every game in the month - Tommy Taylor, Ben Hedley, Toby Lees, Tom Platt and Ben Liddle.
Alongside the signings of Barrow, Main and Cornish, January also saw Bradley Williams return to Harrogate Town and both Jassem Sukar and Blaine Rowe both go out on loan to Scarborough and Mickleover respectively.
