Each month and throughout the season we ask Darlington fans to vote on who has been their "YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of the Month" via a YC Poll. Who will be your choice this month?
Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of February 2026?
The team played five league games across the month, winning three times (Curzon Ashton and Spennymoor away, Bedford Town at home), drawing once (Southport away) and losing once (Hereford away).
The team finished the month 4th in the league on 56 points from 33 games played, eight points from 3rd and three points clear of 7th (with a game in hand).
Ten goals were scored across the month - five from Cedric Main, three from Jack Maskell and one each from Tom Platt and Max Howells.
Seven players started every game in the month - Rory Watson, Scott Barrow, Toby Lees, Eliot Forbes, Ellis Stanton, Cedric Main and Tom Tweedy.
In transfer news, we signed Jonah Lowes on a month's loan from Carlisle United, Alfie Myers-Smith returned from his two-month loan spell at Shildon and Will Maddison extended his loan spell at Crook Town.
