Each month and throughout the season we ask Darlington fans to vote on who has been their "YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of the Month" via a YC Poll. Who will be your choice this month?
Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of February? 🤔
The team played six league games in the month, winning three (away to South Shields and Curzon Ashton, and home to Buxton) and losing three times (Brackley Town, Alfreton Town and Boston United).
Matty Cornish made his first start for the club (away at Brackley Town) and we welcomed Matty Young on loan from Sunderland, who played four times in the month (conceding just four goals across those games).
Kallum Griffiths scored his first ever goal for the club, as did Cedric Main (both against South Shields), with other goals in the month coming from Toby Lees, Will Hatfield (twice), Mitch Curry (twice) and Andrew Nelson (twice).
Four players started every game in the month - Toby Lees, Will Hatfield, Cedric Main and Matty Cornish.
