Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of December? 🤔
In a challenging month both on and off the pitch, the team only played four games due to two postponements on the 2nd and 9th, winning once at Gloucester and losing three times (Bishop's Stortford and twice to Scarborough).
Akwasi Asante started for the club for the first time in our 1-0 win at Gloucester, a game which also saw Jonny Ngandu score his second goal for the club.
Six players started every game in the month - Tommy Taylor, Ben Hedley, Jake Lawlor, Tom Platt, Jonny Ngandu and Will Hatfield.
There were four new arrivals in December - Sonil Vasileiou, Bradley Williams, Dan Maw and Cardo Siddik all joined the squad.
The club relieved manager Josh Gowling of his duties on Boxing Day and announced the appointment of his replacement, Steve Watson, on New Years' Eve.
