Who has been your YOURCLUB DFC Men's Player of August 2026?
The team played six league games to kick off the 2026/27 season, winning twice (Bedford and Radcliffe, both away) and losing four times (Worksop, Chester and Macclesfield at home, Harborough away).
The team finished the month 18th in the league on six points from six games played, five points from 7th place.
Eight goals were scored across the month - three from Paddy McLaughlin, two from Dylan Stephenson, and one each from Max Howells, Ellis Stanton and Mark Beck.
Five players started every game in the month - Bobby Jones, Paddy McLaughlin, Ellis Stanton, Dylan Stephenson and Mark Beck.
In transfer news, five players joined the club across short-term deals and loan moves in the month - Tom Bryant, Amaru Smith, Brad Walker, Ethan Fitzhugh and Logan Pye.
